Our programs are designed for African youth and schools. Specific eligibility requirements apply to each program and are outlined in the respective application forms.

3. User Conduct

Users agree to use our services responsibly and not engage in any activity that could harm FORGE, its members, or its mission. This includes providing accurate information and respecting other community members.

4. Intellectual Property

School websites created through Forge Schools are owned by the respective schools. Projects created through Forge Labs are owned by their creators. FORGE retains rights to its branding and platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

FORGE provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
